New Holland Appointed New Distributors in Middle East and Africa

New Holland Agriculture ensures its strongest dealer network around Middle East & Africa with the highest level of support possible in all areas of the business. To be close to farmers everywhere, New Holland Agriculture has extended its presence with a special focus on East Africa territory in Eritrea, Somalia and Djibouti. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghandi & Sons who was already collaborating with New Holland, has been assigned as a distributor in these East Africa markets. Furthermore, the brand has continued to extend its distributor network with the appointment of Stansfield Motors Ltd. in Malawi and Al Zayzoum in Jordan. 

Federico Bellotto, New Holland Agriculture Business Director for MEA, strongly believes these new partnerships will ensure the brand is able to provide greater territory coverage and best support from the sales process through to service and parts.

Growing business in Eritrea, Somalia and Djibouti

Effective from January 2016, New Holland Agriculture and Saeed Mohammed Al Ghandi & Sons reached to an agreement for a distributorship in Eritrea, Somalia, and Djibouti for agricultural machinery with a main focus on tractors. The UAE based company is an important trading company in Middle East and now with this agreement, New Holland Agriculture is aimed to improve the agriculture productivity of these markets.

“After several exercises done under Supply Agreements, it was the correct time to put New Holland Agriculture flag and develop our business where we were not present before” says Yavuz Gurcuoglu, New Holland Network Development Manager of Middle East and Africa. 

Extended support at the heart of Malawi

Stansfield Motors Limited has been appointed New Holland Agriculture distributor in Malawi starting from September 2016 with an extended support in the territory. The economy of Malawi is characterized predominantly agricultural with the main cash crops such as tobacco, sugar, cotton, tea.

Newly appointed distributor Stansfield Motors Limited is a family owned company, operating in group owned premises situated in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu. The Group has been in operation for over 75 years, having established a comprehensive representation across Malawi with important dealerships such as Mercedes-Benz (passenger and commercial vehicles), Mitsubishi, FUSO, Yamaha and Michelin tyres.

Setting a new plan in Jordan

New Holland Agriculture appointed a new partner, Al-Zayzoum who is belonging to Manaseer Machinery Trading under Manaseer Group, for a new start in Jordan. The appointment has been effective starting from May 2016.

Manaseer Group which is one of the biggest company in Jordan, has grown to include 16 companies and 3 subsidiaries, currently having more than 7,000 employees inside Jordan with a capital investment of 1.5 Billion USD. The Group is with the sole purpose of supply the Jordanian market with machinery, developed equipment and after sales services to effective contribution to the development of all transport, contracting and construction and agriculture sectors of Business.
