New Holland Agriculture presents an exclusive first look at the new T7.2204 tractor from its upcoming T7 Series at the 2019 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition (CIAME). The show is held from 30th October to 1st November in Qingdao, a major city in eastern Shandong.
This annual event, organised by the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association (CAMDA), attracts many manufacturers, importers and distributors as well as visitors often leading to large orders for agricultural equipment every year. In 2019, the show features 1,900 exhibitors from 14 countries and expects 130,000 visitors from some 60 countries and regions.

A new generation of tractors leading the future of agricultural development

As China is moving to further cut national emissions, New Holland is committed to continue developing more sustainable agricultural technologies and low emission agricultural machinery to equip farmers with better solutions that protect the environment and improve their quality of life.

The T7 tractors boast New Holland’s cutting-edge ECOBlue™ SCR technology, complying with new emissions standards and maintaining low fuel consumption.

The new tractor series benefits from reliable and high performance FPT Industrial engines, a sister brand whose Fiat Powertrain heritage counts the invention of Common Rail technology in the 1980s. The award-winning HI-eSCR solution has been extensively tested and validated to provide users with higher fuel economy.

The Engine Power Management System (EPM) allows the engine to provide up to 40 HP of additional power, automatically managing and improving job performance, depending on the load on the transmission, hydraulics and PTO.
Power Command™ shift transmission makes it easy for drivers to adjust gears in a variety of operating conditions, enabling non-stop shifting; IntelliShift™ field and road automatic shift mode to ensure smooth shifting under load. The tractor has a steering handle gear position recording function and a ground turning function; automatic differential lock and four-wheel drive can improve the tractor's traction performance and work efficiency.
The T7 tractors are also designed to make operation even easier. The Horizon™ cab offers exceptionally low noise levels of just 69dB(A) and brilliant all-round visibility. For a touch of operating luxury, the heated and extended rear mirrors can be adjusted from the comfort of the cab and help to eliminate awkward and potentially dangerous blind spots.
The T7 are new long-wheelbase tractors with "cat-eye" styling headlights, fish gill-like side vents and a gull wing profile roof, jam-packed with up to 20 LED cab lights. Visitors at New Holland stall were fascinated by its smooth and modern design.
This new series, whose commercial launch is planned for a later date, is easy to handle, safe and comfortable, guaranteeing an all-new working experience for operators.
