New Side Mounted Combi Wheel for the PHV series extends New Holland’s plough offering
New Holland is introducing the new Side Mounted Combi Wheel, developed to extend its wheel offering for the heavy-duty PHV plough range. The new wheel has the advantage of being installed before the last furrow and allows to run inside the plough working width already at a ploughing width of 40 cm, resulting in improved weed control and a 100% ploughed field.
The PHV series is New Holland’s range of heavy-duty reversible, fully mounted ploughs compatible with tractors of up to 225hp. With features such as the hydraulically adjustable working widths, the extendable frame, and the strong headstock, these ploughs offer excellent operational flexibility.
New Mega Cutter™ triple disc mowers raise productivity to new level
New Holland has developed a full range of implements for hay and foraging operations that includes front- and rear-mounted mowers, as well as lateral and central pull trailed versions, mounted and trailed tedders, and side- and central-delivery rotor rakes.
At Agritechnica 2019, New Holland is showcasing its MegaCutter™ triple mower with a display of two MegaCutter™ 860 mowers. Designed with maximum throughput in mind, this is the mower of choice for large-scale farmers and contractors who need to maintain high efficiency in their crop cutting operations in order to keep up with large balers and forage harvesters. The Mega Cutter™ range perfectly complements the DiscCutter™ mowers, represented by the front-mounted DiscCutter™ F320P in New Holland’s implements display which highlights the wide choice of configurations available to customers.
