Release Date: 04 Nov 2013
Case 721F wheel loader handling refuse

CASE Construction Equipment today announced that the most advanced waste and compost recycling wheel loaders 721F Waste Handler and 621F Waste Handler, will be available to European customers from Wednesday, November 6.

The Case 721F Waste Handler will be unveiled at this year’s Case stand at the Ecomondo exhibition (n°108, Pad.5), which takes place in Rimini, Italy, from the 6 to 9 November.

721F features the 194 hp in-house designed engine and incorporates heavy duty axles and four Case unique solutions for waste handling:

  • Unique layout: The rear mounted engine increases bucket payload and ease of maintenance from ground level
  • Unique Tier 4i Technology: SCR kills the sparks in the exhaust and eliminates the need of a particulate filter
  • Unique power transmission: With 5-speed transmission and a torque converter lock-up, PROSHIFT cuts down cycle times and fuel need
  • Unique cooling system: Case heavy duty Cooling Cube is designed for 24/7 use in extremely tough conditions. It reduces clean-out intervals and susceptibility to thermal events

The Case 621F Waste Handler’s compact 2.5 m-width design incorporates features that companies operating in the waste and recycling sector love about Case loaders, such as unaltered 172 hp, thanks to SCR Technology, the Case Cooling Cube and the heavy duty axles.

Case Construction Equipment is also pleased to announce the signing of a major new frame agreement with Veolia Environment, who is one of the largest Waste management companies in Europe. Case will become an official supplier to the company for the next 5 years in France, which has approximately 400 waste management sites.

”A key factor in Veolia choosing Case over the competitors is the way Case technology is setting new standards in high productivity and fuel efficiency within the waste & recycling sector”, says Case Construction Equipment Product manager Alain de Nanteuil.

“This new agreement further establishes Case’s position as a major supplier within these sectors, and demonstrates how our machines can deliver a complete waste handling package for companies who require an OEM solution, purpose-built for their job requirements” in the waste and recycling sector.”
