The Company has once again received the distinction from the Great Place to Work® ranking
CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) was once again named one of the "Best Companies to Work For" in Argentina by Great Place to Work (GPTW), the world's leading authority on work culture, employee experience and leadership behavior.
Last year, CNH Industrial had already been recognized as one of the best companies with more than 1,000 employees in Argentina. Now, in 2022, it was again ranked among the most outstanding companies in the same category.
The assessment consists of a survey of company employees, who during 2021, voluntarily answered questions about their experiences in the work environment together with their colleagues and leaders: 85% of this assessment is based on what employees think, who report their experiences and expectations of growth professional and human within the organization. In addition, day-to-day experiences in relation to the company's values, the ability of people to contribute new ideas and the effectiveness of its leaders are taken into account.
