Release Date: 31 Jan 2019

CNH Industrial communicated today the salary bonus values for the Company’s Italian employees, payable in the forthcoming February pay slips, to the Italian Union Organizations. The bonus is related to productivity and efficiency gains achieved, as covered in the specific Collective Labor agreement applicable to all CNH Industrial employees in Italy.

The 2018 results vary depending on the performance achieved by each separate production unit, measured according to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system.

In 2018, all CNH Industrial production sites in Italy, that are involved in the WCM program, have reached or exceeded the minimum level in efficiency gains, which warrants the bonus payment. Furthermore, two plants achieved new WCM levels over the course of the year: Bronze for Brescia Mezzi Speciali and Silver for Jesi.

The manufacturing premises that benefit from a higher reward bonus compared to last year include: Brescia Mezzi Speciali, Foggia, Jesi, Lecce and San Mauro. Employees at Jesi, together with those of Suzzara and Torino Motori, will be receiving average amounts of some €1,100. Employees that do not directly work at a production site, but are employed in Italy, will also receive a higher bonus compared to last year.

The Company’s remuneration policy, introduced in July 2015, foresees the direct engagement of all employees in achieving productivity results, quality and profitability within its strategic business plan.
