CNH Industrial employees in Italy to receive contractual bonus for 2017 results
The 2017 results vary depending on the performance achieved by each separate production unit, measured according to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system.
Amongst the key manufacturing premises, the sites of Suzzara and Torino Motori have respectively improved and maintained their performance, thus receiving average amounts of some €1,320. Overall, the performance results vary across sites, with some plants seeing progress, while others experienced flat or less favorable results compared with the previous year.
The Company’s remuneration policy, introduced in July 2015, foresees the direct engagement of all employees in achieving productivity results, quality and profitability within its strategic business plan.
