
Francesco Tutino is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at CNH. He leads the global HR organization to support the Company’s strategic direction, overseeing HR operations across the Global Business Units, Corporate Regions, Business & Corporate Staff Functions, Talent Management, Engagement & Culture, Organization Development, Industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
Mr. Tutino has more than 20 years of experience leading HR organizations across multinationals. He rejoined CNH as CHRO in May 2025, becoming a member of the Company’s Global Leadership Team.
Prior to his current appointment, Francesco Tutino was Group Chief HR & Organization Officer at Prysmian, a global cable solutions provider, from June 2024. Mr. Tutino previously served as Chief Human Resources and IT Officer at Iveco Group from 2019 to May 2024 following this company’s spin-off from CNH, where he had grown to roles of increasing responsibility as an HR Business Partner for key functions in the global organization as well as the EMEA and APAC regions from 2012 to 2018. Before first joining CNH, Mr. Tutino spent five years at DENSO Thermal Systems S.p.A., where he advanced through HR roles within the company’s manufacturing operations. He began his career in HR with Thales Alenia Space in 2005.
Francesco Tutino holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in International Relations from the Università degli Studi di Torino in Italy. He holds an executive certificate in HR Training from Aalto University in Finland.
