CNH Industrial Joins DuPage Habitat for Humanity for 2018 Executive Build 3
CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) assisted DuPage Habitat for Humanity on Friday, August 24, 2018, at Habitat’s annual Executive Build in Hanover Park, IL. CNH Industrial executive team members, along with other community executives, worked with DuPage Habitat for Humanity on rehabbing a large apartment complex, framing up the walls and installing trusses.

CNH Industrial executive team members in attendance included Leandro Lecheta, Chief Operating Officer, NAFTA; Lisa Moran, Director, Aviation and Site Human Resources and Director, CNH Industrial Foundation Board; and Jason Omerza, Chief Financial Officer, NAFTA region and Vice President, Global Enterprise Risk Management.

“Myself and our other CNH Industrial executives are thrilled to be here for the DuPage Habitat for Humanity Executive Build. What we call 'Impact Days' for our company are much more than just one day. Donating our time and giving back to the communities where we live and work is an important part of our DNA,” says Mr. Lecheta.

The CNH Industrial Foundation was created to transform the communities where the company operates by providing financial support to charitable organizations. The foundation’s philanthropic efforts are focused on five main areas - education, health and human service, civic and community improvement, food security and disaster relief.

“Habitat for Humanity has been a great partner of CNH Industrial and the CNH Industrial Foundation,” says Ms. Moran. “Teams within our company get together and volunteer their time to make a real difference in the community. We are lucky to have such great partners.”

In addition to company-planned Impact Days, CNH Industrial also provides its salaried employees with “Volunteer Time Off” so that they can volunteer their time at causes and organizations that matter most to them.

“Impact Days and Volunteer Time Off are programs that work together to support and encourage our employees to make a difference, both as a team and as an individual. I was excited to contribute to the DuPage Habitat for Humanity project with my colleagues today and I am proud to work for a company that makes volunteerism a priority.” says Mr. Omerza.
