Case Line up Specialist Range for RWM

Release Date: 02 Sep 2014
Case SV185 skid steer loader

Case Construction Equipment will exhibit machines from their renowned range of highly productive wheel and skid steer loaders, at this year RWM exhibition, which takes place at the NEC from the 16th to 18th September.

The line-up will include, 721FXR waste specification Wheel Loader and a 621FXT Wheel Loader, designed specifically for working within the waste and recycling management sectors, together with the versatile Tier 4 SV185 Skid Steer Loader.

Power, speed and reliability from Case wheel loaders

One of the most advanced waste and compost recycling wheel loader available, the 721 F benefits from reduced fuel consumption combined with high performance and productivity, which is why the F series range is one of the most popular within this sector.

The Case wheel loader range offers up to 15% lower fuel consumption compared with the previous series and is equipped with powerful low emission Tier 4i engines, and selective catalytic reduction (SCR), which kills the spark in the exhaust and eliminates the need for a particulate filter. Due to the fuel saving of the SCR technology they deliver maximum hydraulic breakout force with rapid arm lift and tip.

The 721F also features the 194 hp in-house designed engine and incorporates heavy duty axle and unique solutions for waste handling. These include a unique layout – a rear mounted engine with increased bucket payload, which also provides ease of maintenance from ground level. The 5-speed transmission and a torque converter lock-up, PROSHIFT, reduces cycle times and fuel, enabling operators to work at lower rpm and fully utilize the engine’s outstanding torque. And Case’s heavy duty Cooling Cube is designed for 24/7 use in extremely tough conditions, which reduces clean-out intervals and susceptibility to thermal events

For the operator, the F series delivers class-leading comfort and visibility, including the Case Quiet Cab, optional joystick steering, a standard rear view camera, floor-to-ceiling windows and an improved lighting system.

It also benefits from outstanding traction, thanks to the option of 100% locking differentials with heavy duty axle components, ensuring durable long service life.

The Case 621F Waste Handler’s compact 2.5 m-width design, incorporates features that Case Customers love about Case loaders, such as unaltered 172 hp, thanks to SCR technology, the Case Cooling Cube and the heavy duty axles.

As with the 721FXR, the 621FXT benefits from impressive traction, plus 50% longer intervals between maintenance, and 30% less tyre wear than previous models.

Case SV185, versatile and robust

Alongside the wheel loaders will be Case’s SV185 Skid Steer with vertical lift arm – part of the recently upgraded skid steer loader and compact tracked loader ranges. These machines offer increased engine torque (+7%) and additional hydraulic power (+8%), best in class breakout forces, increased productivity and lower emissions. Benefitting from environmentally friendly and low-maintenance Tier 4 Final technology, the SV185 delivers improved efficiency and provides customers with increased power and torque together with reducing operating costs; no additives nor particulate filters are needed to meet T4 Final level.

The power stance chassis rides on 21% longer wheelbase which delivers greater stability and with best-in-class serviceability and superior operator comfort and visibility, these compact loaders deliver high productivity with maximum utilisation.

Equipped with the hydraulics and lift to undertake the toughest jobs, this versatile machine is ideally suited to a range of working environments.
