Release Date: 22 Sep 2015
CASE SR160 on display at the Construction Week Exhibition

Case Construction Equipment will be hosting a stand at the Plant and Machinery Live event between the 6th and the 8th October, showcasing just a small sample of their wide range of technologically advanced machines for the construction equipment industry.

With machines offering a solution to meet a wide range of on-site requirements, visitors to the Case stand (P4/1425) will be able to explore the machines they offer and the tasks which they can facilitate.

The Case line-up will include a 221F compact wheel loader, CX80C midi excavator, CX26B and CX50B mini excavators, SR160 skid steer loader, and 590ST backhoe loader. Equipped with the latest emissions-compliant engines, these machines deliver power and fuel savings as well as being designed with operator comfort as standard.

Plant and Machinery Live is part of the UK Construction Week exhibition, which takes place between 6th and 11th of October at the NEC Birmingham, bringing together nine different shows featuring different aspects of the industry, and is expected to attract more than 55,000 visitors.

The Case excavator range will be represented by the CX80C midi excavator, which is powered by a clean and efficient Tier 4 Final diesel engine. Thanks to the Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) and a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), this engine is capable of meeting emissions regulations without the need of a particulate filter nor additional diesel exhaust fluids. CX80C shares the cab and features of Case’s 15 tonne excavators, which ensures best in class operator comfort. Completing the excavator line-up is the CX26B and CX50B, zero tail swing mini excavators from Case’s compact range. Their outstanding performance, great controllability, and convenience of operation makes them the ideal options for construction sites.

The compact range will include the 221F series wheel loader, which also offers the benefits of Tier 4 compliant engines, and the class leading SR160 skid steer loader, with an operating load weight of 725 kg and an impressive 60 hp, combines low cost CEGR technology with industry leading breakout forces. Completing the line-up is Case’s renowned 590ST backhoe loader, with pilot controls as standard for more comfort and better productivity.
