FPT Industrial is launching its Tier 4 Final power generation engines for the North American market at the Power-Gen International exhibition, in Orlando (FL), United States (December 4th to 6th, Orange County Convention Center, booth #3287). The Brand offers a state-of-the-art range of engines for quick and reliable energy delivery anywhere – construction sites, shipyards, banks, hospitals, shopping centers and even for domestic use.
The evolution of FPT Industrial’s engine technology has positioned the Brand as an expert, reliable and sustainable partner in the Power Generation market. Today, the Tier 4 Final compliant engines generate 180 times less emissions than their Tier 1 counterparts. From Tier 3 to Tier 4 Final engines, the emissions of Particulate Matter (PM) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) have been reduced by 90%.
N67 200 kWe TIER 4 FINAL
A key focus at the exhibition is the N67 200 kWe Tier 4 Final engine, fitted with the renowned and patented HI-eSCR after-treatment system. This technology ensures compliance with the most recent emission regulations and is the result of more than 25 years of experience in SCR solutions development – FPT Industrial has already sold more than one million SCR units worldwide.
In addition to ensuring compliance, the N67 200 kWe Tier 4 Final provides best-in-class power density, durability and reliability. It also offers easy maintenance, as it is DPF-free and features 600 hour oil service intervals. This “fit and forget” maintenance, plus the high fuel efficiency of the engine, significantly reduce the Total Cost of Ownership. As the engine is also EGR-free, there no changes were needed to the cooling package.

FPT is also presentings its After-Treatment System installation solution (ATS Pack). The purpose of this new and smart package is to make emission compliance and machine upgrade easier, by gathering all key after-treatment components into a single pre-assembled set. This means that no dedicated design and installation of additional ATS components is needed. All electrical signals and connections are managed by a single cable for fast, reliable and quick connection to any FPT Industrial engine. Essentially, all benefits of FPT Industrial technology come in a simple package as a ready-to-use solution - either horizontally or vertically - providing great installation flexibility.
The ATS Pack is an ideal solution for genset manufacturers, as its pre-assembled characteristics save time and cost, reduce complexity, optimize warehouse space management, and contribute to faster production processes with less downtime.
F34 50 kWe TIER 4 FINAL
The F34 50 kWe engine uses High Pressure Common Rail technology and Particulate Matter Catalyst (PMcat) to ensure compliance with the Tier 4 Final regulations. The plug-and-play G-drive solution has best-in-class load acceptance of up to 100% (G3), thanks to the Turbocharger with electronic wastegate developed and specifically calibrated for fast response at any load condition.
Customers can benefit from reduced Total Cost of Ownership thanks to class-leading 600 hour maintenance intervals with the smallest oil system capacity 9.5lt. (9% less oil than the competitor average). This was made possible thanks to the state-of-the-art technical solutions that maximize engine uptime with the minimum oil quantity.
In addition to this, filters mounted on the same side allow easier and faster accessibility for maintenance operations and further reduce engine downtime.

N67 200 kWe TIER 3
FPT Industrial is also showcasing its N67 200 kWe Tier 3 for customers looking for a G-Drive engine for emergency power applications that need to comply with EPA Tier 3 regulations in North America or Stage IIIA in Europe. It provides fast load response, high power density and low fuel consumption.
Reliability comes from the I-EGR technology without additional components, resulting in a maintenance-free unit. Its 600-hour oil service intervals and optimized fuel consumption contribute to low operating costs. The engine can switch from 1,500 rpm to 1,800 rpm for any market requirement (50 Hz or 60 Hz).
