CNH Industrial employees in Italy to receive contractual bonus for 2015 results
CNH Industrial announced today to the Italian Union Organizations the amount of the salary bonus payable in the February payslips of all of the Company’s Italian employees. The bonus is related to productivity and efficiency gains achieved in 2015 and is covered in the specific Collective Labour agreement applicable to all CNH Industrial employees in Italy.
These results vary depending on the performance achieved by each separate production unit, measured according to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system.
At Company level, the average total remuneration paid will be equal to 3.75% of conventional wages. This amount, together with the previously paid sums on a quarterly basis last year, account for an average reported pay increase of 5.25% in 2015.
The new remuneration policy was introduced in July 2015 and provides all Italian employees direct participation in achievement of the productivity, quality and profitability targets within the Company’s strategic business plan.
