CNH Industrial to redeem its 3.875% Notes due 2018

CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital LLC, is redeeming all of the outstanding $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% Notes due 2018 (the “2018 Notes”). The 2018 Notes will be redeemed in full on December 1, 2017 (the “Redemption Date”) at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the Redemption Date, plus the “make-whole” premium to be determined pursuant to the indenture under which the 2018 Notes were issued.
