MyNew Holland™ portal and app provide single gateweay to a world of New Holland services to enhance customers’ productivity

New Holland Agriculture reviewed its MyNew Holland™ portal with a new design and easy-to-use navigation, and developed a new MyNew Holland™ app, which provide a unique gateway to maximum uptime and productivity. They are being launched in North America, France and the UK, and will be extended to other markets in Europe, and the rest of the world over the coming months.
 
My Smart Ally
Customers only need to sign up through a very simple process to access on any of their mobile devices or PCs a world of digital services that will enhance their effectiveness in running their business. The new, clean design and uncluttered layout, together with the easy navigation, provide a seamless experience of the services available through the portal.
 
My Fleet, Maximized
It only takes a minute for customers to register their New Holland equipment and PLM products, and link their profile to their Dealer. This will greatly help them manage each machine in their fleet efficiently and productively, having every aspect of their operation under control.
 
My Resources
The MyNew Holland portal and app also provides access to a rich library of special extras and helpful resources, such as training videos and manuals relating to their equipment. Customers can also learn how to get the most of their PLM™ devices with the Academy Videos and a wide range of further services. They can easily access their unlocks and discover services customised specifically for them, as well as request the activation of their PLM™ connected products from their dealer. In case of need, a dedicated app makes it very easy and quick to contact the Customer Care service and open a request for assistance:

With MyNew Holland, customers can enjoy all the benefits of enhanced connectivity. Through a tightly integrated and seamless connection to MyPLM™Connect farmers can specifically monitor their connected vehicles. All the apps are linked to their single log, so that signing into MyNew Holland they gain access to the entire world of online services offered by New Holland, all in one place, and boost their productivity.
 
The MyNew Holland app also provides access to New Holland’s new “Back to Work in 48 Hours” connected assistance service for the T7 range and the “Fast Track Assist” priority assistance service for its flagship ranges.
 
Launched in 2010, MyNew Holland has evolved over the years, adding new functionalities and increasing the degree of integration with New Holland’s various online resources.
