Casey and Stacey Phillips of Virginia recently received a new Farmall 50A tractor from Case IH
American Farm Bureau Federation program recognizes agriculture advocates

As part of its ongoing commitment to support the next generation of agricultural leaders, Case IH is awarding three new Farmall® 50A tractors and six large tool chests with $500 Case IH parts gift cards to finalists in each category in the 2018 American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) Young Farmers & Ranchers awards program.

Of the nearly 100 participants, the nine sets of finalists recognized by Case IH are:
  • Casey and Stacey Phillips of Virginia
  • Jenny Freeborn of Oregon
  • Justin and Lori McClellan of Virginia
  • Robert and Lindsay Elliot of Tennessee
  • Wade and Shelby Hampton of Maryland
  • Jared Knock of South Dakota
  • Matt Jakubik of Michigan
  • Ben and Kate Furnish of Kentucky
  • Cassie Lyman of Arizona
“Case IH is happy to recognize these outstanding individuals as they continue advocating for agriculture, educating and engaging others on and off the farm,” said Dave Henderson, Case IH livestock marketing manager. “We are excited to watch these young leaders as they continue using their passion to fuel the innovations that will make up the future of our industry.

The winners were announced at the AFBF’s 99th Annual Convention held this week in Nashville, Tennessee. Award criteria included involvement in agriculture, leadership abilities and participation in Farm Bureau and other community organizations.
