Case IH research highlights the different considerations livestock and crop producers have when it comes to making equipment purchases for their operations. As shown in the graph above, livestock producers rank low maintenance at the top of their list, while crop producers rank reliability at No. 1. This research is based upon 800 interviews with North American producers and is considered to be a representative sample of target producers for Case IH. Derived importance is a statistical measurement that takes into account a producer’s likelihood to purchase/repurchase a brand of equipment and how he rates that brand on the attributes.
